I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter No. 1130 of this date, informing me, by direction of His Excellency The Governor, that, in reporting on the emigrants leaving by the Riga, I had deviated from the recent instructions conveyed to me.
As you have not stated the particular instructions I have deviated from in reporting on the Riga, I shall be glad to be informed of the same.
I am always desirous of fully carrying out any instructions I may receive.
